Most important thing about aging is the mind and what it thinks. If you are getting old don’t feel for it, try to accept it since this is going to happen for everyone and there is no way to avoid it.

Aging is reality. If you are always smiling and healthy then aging can do nothing on you. As we say laughter is the best medicine. Learn to laugh for simple things, treat everyone with love, and start admiring beauty of anything around even though it might be an old thing for you. Kiss the flowers; love your grand children and children. These are all the very basic things to do which you might be following already.

More important thing is the physical exercises that you are going to add up to your daily schedule. Most of you might be free from responsibilities and job tension by this age, so you have more time to take care of yourself. Allot more time to take of your health than anything else. Follow a strict schedule of walking, form a friends circle and share your thoughts with them as you walk. Start increasing your time and distance on walking. Try to do all your daily duties yourself. Try avoiding being lazy and skipping the daily tasks.
Food is going to decide a major part of your body functioning. Eat slowly since you have more time for yourself. Chew the food properly. Eating large quantity of food at a time is not advisable. Try to eat in less quantity but in frequent intervals.
