The Search For The Secret Of Eternal Youth

Growing older is a natural occurrence that we all have to face. Many would like to stop or postpone that process and they are constantly searching for the secret of eternal youth. The only problem is, they are looking in the wrong places.

For many, many years, there has been what people would hope to be a fountain of youth. The creams, lotions, potions and prayers would give more people faith that they would live a long and healthy life. Unfortunately, they did not bring youth or make anyone live longer, but they could easily have other effects that would make the person feel younger. Serums and lotions are obviously not the answer to eternal youth or longer life.

People as far back as the early 13th century have looked for a fountain of youth. The Romans thought they had succeeded in finding the secret by the use of Yoga. Yoga is a way to make the body feel better and the mind think clearer, but it will not bring back someone’s youth.

Historians have documented transformations of humans from individual tribes as well as laymen. These transformations were supposedly of mostly women who drank from the fountain of youth or rubbed serums on their skin that would make them look and feel much younger than they actually were.

Controlling stress levels and eating right will not bring back your youth through your appearance, but it will help keep the mind from wearing down and making someone feel older. Exercise and nutrition also play a part in extending your youth and help your body age gracefully.

The definition of eternal is “seemingly endless.” Which when taken into context, means that something may “seem” endless. If living a healthy lifestyle with family and friends, eating right and continuing to learn makes you feel youthful, you have found the one secret. One has to feel Eternal Youth in order to have it.
