If we have a regular schedule for exercises our body will have the same flexibility through out the life. It is been told that if we have the practice of doing regular exercises from childhood or young ages then it will definitely show the effect even after several years due to its functioning of strengthening muscles to make our body flexible.  They even had a test with a man who is just twenty years old. He is the man who was undergoing continuous fitness exercises where he was taken to bed rest for few days. When they did complete body check up for that particular person, his cardiac capacity and level were little stronger than before. Many other changes that would make his body comfortable and easy were found as a difference in his health.  It says that the cardio vascular fitness is a very important factor that will make arteries as a refined one and reduces the risk of heart attack. It also gives benefit to many other organs of our body directly or indirectly. Avoiding smoking is also one of the good points to be noted for this aging effect. People say that when we smoke and drink regularly it is like each time when we consume it increases our age look gradually. Effects of aging and exercise are always related as it is concerned to a normal health condition and to make it as healthier as possible.
