People who cross the age of 60 almost get this disease. Floaters are the one which creates tiny spots that floats in the vision. Its symptoms are like sudden change giving spots across the vision. When these spots occur when the light flashes on the eyes or something then it is a very serious type of eye disease. Glaucoma is the one which destroys the nerve fibers in the retina which leads to the loss of vision and blindness. Therefore it is always to have a complete check up of the body when you attain the age of forty five or fifty. When it is not treated for a long time then it may result in loss of vision permanently as we all know vision is one of the major components in our body which helps us do many things in life. That is why it is said as major effect of aging in vision.
