Effects of physical agingAs years passage is not the only thing that is going to change but also the health conditions, body muscles and bones everything. So every pat in our body has a wear and tear like machine parts.
The parts are not going to be new and healthy all through our years. As we grow old we are going to loss muscles, the bones tend to lose their strength and for some people it might become brittle as well. Sometimes we can see flabby spots and little rolls this is because fat accumulation under the skin in those areas. The elasticity of the muscles is also lost. Balanced diet can help you in certain ways to a certain extent. Regular exercise will help you in greater extent to keep your healthy and hale. Do not think yourself to be young and try to do everything yourself. It is good to seek someone’s external help instead of trying to do things which require major physical actions. The bones in the hands and legs starts becoming porous and it may even become brittle. The brittleness is because of loss of calcium which in turn leads to loss of density. This problem is mostly seen in women than in men. The brittleness would lead to frequent fractures, reduction in the height of the person; this might also result in stoop in the walking posture. It is always good to take calcium rich diet from childhood to develop good and strong bones. After all effects of physical aging is not going to spare anyone who is crossing the certain limit of age.
